POS in the Business App- Simplify Your Sales Process!

We've heard your requests, and we're excited to announce the arrival of one of our most highly anticipated features: POS in the business app! 🎉

Say goodbye to the hassle of bringing customers to the front desk to complete a sale. Now, your instructors can verify and charge customers directly from the business app itself. It's a seamless and efficient way to handle transactions, ensuring a smooth experience for both you and your customers.

Enhanced Payment Settings - Increased Efficiency and Flexibility!

We're constantly striving to make Kenko better, and that's why we're introducing more e-payment settings to give you increased control over your payment processes. Here are some of the exciting additions:

  • Immediate Membership Cancellation for Failed Payments: If a payment fails, Kenko will attempt to charge the card three times within the next seven days.
  • If all attempts fail, the membership will be canceled, and you'll receive a notification via email.
  • Membership Cancellation After a Specified Number of Payment Failures: With this setting, you can determine the number of payment failures allowed before the membership is canceled.
  • Kenko will notify you of the cancellation and payment failure via email.
  • Membership Suspension and Cancellation After a Certain Number of Days: To handle failed payments, Kenko will suspend the membership, preventing the client from booking classes.
  • If payment is not reprocessed within a specified number of days, the membership will be canceled.

These enhancements provide you with greater flexibility and help streamline your payment management process.

Announcement Notifications - Keeping Your Clients Informed! 📢

We understand that emails can get buried and social media posts can be easily missed.

That's why we're introducing announcement notifications.

This feature allows you to communicate important updates directly to your client’s mobile phone.

Here's what you can do with Announcements:

  • Weather-Related Studio and Class Cancellations: No more worrying about clients missing closure updates on social media during a snow day or inclement weather.
  • Highlight Upcoming Classes and Feature New Instructors: Introduce new instructors, showcase your team, and keep clients informed about schedule changes.
  • Recognize Your Community and Promote Studio Plans and Packages: Use Announcements to show appreciation for your community, inform clients about new offerings, and highlight special promotions and deals.
  • Share Studio "News" and Promote Merchandise: Keep your clients up-to-date on studio changes, events, and merchandise sales. It's a great way to boost engagement and support your small business.

Streamlined Enrollment Fee Management - Enhancing the Sign-Up Experience!

Managing joining fees for new clients can be a tedious process, but not anymore!

Our Joining Fee feature automates the payment process, making it seamless and hassle-free for both you and your new members. Set a one-time joining fee during the sign-up process to improve your revenue while providing a smooth onboarding experience.

A2P 10 DLC Carrier Registration

The major US cell carriers pushed for new guidelines around virtual phone services, aiming to minimize the amount of spam their customers receive. This new requirement helps improve your text message deliverability rates and eliminates the risk of carriers filtering your outbound messages on their network. We're committed to ensuring that your campaigns run smoothly without any hiccups. That's why we're introducing A2P 10 DLC carrier registration, which eliminates higher fees and prevents your campaigns from ending up in spam folders. This feature will streamline the registration process for customers who purchase numbers for their campaigns.
